Magnificat Houses is excited to be partnering with New Hope Housing!
HOUSTON, TX — August 21, 2025 – Magnificat Houses is proud to announce a new partnership with New Hope Housing, strengthening both organizations’ commitment to providing housing solutions and supportive services for Houston’s most vulnerable neighbors.

Leaders from both organizations recently came together to begin shaping this collaboration. This partnership brings together decades of expertise in affordable housing, mental health support, and community-based care. By combining resources and knowledge, Magnificat Houses and New Hope Housing aim to expand access to safe, stable housing while also addressing the holistic needs of individuals experiencing homelessness.
“Our missions are deeply aligned, and this partnership is an exciting step forward,” said Maureen Sanders, Executive Director of Magnificat Houses. “Working together, we can create more opportunities for people in Houston to rebuild their lives with dignity and support.”
