Your Chance to Support Magnificat in the 2026 Houston Marathon
We’re gearing up for something BIG: the 2026 Houston Marathon and Half-Marathon on Sunday, January 11th, plus the 5K run on Saturday! Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself physically, connect with our amazing community, or help raise funds for Magnificat, a great cause, this is your chance to be part of an incredible event that brings our entire city together.
Exciting news: Talos Energy has chosen MHI as their charity of choice this year. What an honor.
There are so many ways you can jump in and support Magnificat and our programs:

Ready to hit the pavement? Register and fundraise through the Marathon website: https://fundraisers.hakuapp.com/teams/magnificat-houses-inc-1?partner=8dbd913fb01c011593a3
Just scroll down to “Participate with this charity” and pick your option:
Option A: Fundraise for Registration Hit your fundraising goal ($500-$1,000 depending on your race choice) to secure your entry. You’ve got until January 31st, 2026 to reach your target!
Option B: Donate for Registration Make a $350 donation to Magnificat Houses Inc. and your race entry is guaranteed.
Option C: Fundraise Without Racing Want to support the cause but not ready to run? No problem! You can fundraise without registering for the race.
